With sculpted marble rocks and towering cliffs, Bhedaghat is often referred to as the Grand Canyon of India. Mighty Narmada river makes a roaring 30 meter plunge, famously known as Dhuandhar Falls. Then carves her way through an enormous mountain of marble. Creating a breathtaking spectacle in glistening hues of white, pink, black, blue, green. Bhedaghat is included in the geo heritage sites of India.
Bhedaghat has also been added to the tentative list of UNESCO.

Bhedaghat is at a distance of 25 km from Jabalpur. The stunning beauty of the grand marble canyon and Dhuandhar falls can be experienced via ropeway, boating or a hike. My solo adventures in Bhedaghat wonderland combined trekking and boating through the marble rocks. That way I could explore the depth of the mammoth marble rocks and thunderous falls.
